Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups brown rice
  • 1 medium head broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cups honey garlic chicken halal-friendly
  • Extra honey garlic sauce

Optional toppings:

  • Sliced green onions
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chopped parsley or cilantro
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sriracha optional for heat

Instructions
 

  • Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
  • Steam the broccoli for 7–8 minutes until fork-tender.
  • Reheat the honey garlic chicken and sauce until warm.
  • Divide rice evenly into four bowls.
  • Add steamed broccoli and ½ cup honey garlic chicken to each bowl.
  • Drizzle extra sauce over each bowl.
  • Add your favorite toppings and serve hot.
