Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup high protein granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a bowl, jar, or glass.
  • Add half of the high protein granola and half of the mixed berries on top.
  • Repeat with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
