Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup milk of choice e.g., 2% milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp strawberry protein powder
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a medium jar or container, combine milk, oats, strawberry protein powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with chopped strawberries.
