Healthy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites are creamy, frozen mini desserts made with Greek yogurt and Oreo thins.
This easy no bake recipe is lighter than traditional cheesecake.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz low fat whipped topping thawed
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions
 

  • Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  • Add one Oreo thin to the bottom of each liner and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract, salt, and Greek yogurt. Beat until fully combined.
  • Crush the remaining Oreo thins and stir them into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently until smooth and fluffy.
  • Evenly divide the Healthy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites mixture into the prepared liners.
  • Sprinkle extra crushed Oreo crumbs on top if desired.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Let sit for 3–5 minutes before enjoying for the best creamy texture.

Notes

  • You can substitute low fat whipped topping with homemade stabilized whipped cream.
  • Top with sugar-free chocolate drizzle for added flavor.
  • Serve directly from the freezer for a firmer cheesecake bite texture.
