Healthy Cheesecake Recipe (Low Calorie & Sugar Free)

Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • Sugar-free cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener erythritol or preferred
  • 1/3 cup butter vegan or regular

For the filling

  • 1 cup non-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C (325°F).
  • In a bowl, mix crushed cookies, sweetener, and melted butter until combined.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 8-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • Add all filling ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust evenly.
  • Bake the Healthy Cheesecake Recipe for 45–55 minutes, until the center is set.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh berries or a light fruit compote.
  • You can use low-fat cream cheese instead of non-fat if preferred.
  • Adjust sweetness based on taste.
