Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are made in a blender.
Naturally sweetened with bananas and made with oats.
Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats gluten-free if desired
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Let the batter rest in the blender while heating your pan.
  • Lightly grease a griddle with olive oil and heat over medium.
  • Pour about 1/3 cup batter per pancake onto the pan.
  • Cook for 2–4 minutes until bubbles form and pancakes puff slightly.
  • Flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes

  • Swap almond milk with oat or regular milk if preferred.
