Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk bananas, eggs, honey, olive oil, milk, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
Divide batter into 12 muffin cups and sprinkle oats on top.
Bake Healthy Banana Oatmeal Muffins for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
