Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup optional, for serving
  • Fresh fruit of choice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Let the batter rest for 10–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.
  • Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Serve Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
