Hawaiian Roll Grilled Cheese – Easy Cheesy Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional: sliced tomatoes or turkey ham halal alternative to bacon

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter the insides of each roll evenly.
  • Place the bottom halves onto the skillet and fill generously with cheese. Add tomatoes or turkey ham if desired.
  • Close with the top halves and gently press down.
  • Grill the Hawaiian Roll Grilled Cheese for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Flip carefully and cook until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Swap Monterey Jack with cheddar, mozzarella, or a cheese blend.
  • Serve with tomato soup or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
  • Add herbs like basil for extra freshness.
