Green Smoothie Bowl with Mango & Spinach

A green smoothie bowl made with mango, spinach, banana, and milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup loose baby spinach
  • 1 banana halved and divided
  • 1/2 cup protein milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt dairy-free or regular

Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup diced mango
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add half the banana, frozen mango, spinach, protein milk, and yogurt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Slice the remaining banana and arrange it on top.
  • Add diced mango, strawberries, and coconut flakes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your green smoothie bowl.

Notes

  • You can substitute mango with pineapple or peaches.
  • Add chia seeds or granola for extra texture.
  • Adjust sweetness with dates or honey if needed.
