Greek Yogurt Popsicles are made with fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and honey.

fresh ripe strawberries

full-fat plain Greek yogurt

honey
Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries.
Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt and honey to the blender.
Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze the Greek Yogurt Popsicles for at least 5 hours or overnight until fully set.
To serve, run the molds briefly under warm water and gently pull out each popsicle.
Notes
Full-fat Greek yogurt creates the creamiest texture.
Fresh strawberries provide the best flavor, but frozen strawberries can be used after thawing.
Honey can be replaced with maple syrup if preferred.
Serve with fresh berries for an extra colorful presentation.
