Instructions
Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise using a paring knife. Remove the pits and set aside.
Fill each date with a small amount of goat cheese.
Press walnuts or pistachios into the goat cheese (1–2 pieces per date).
Arrange on a serving plate.
Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
