  • 15 medium-large Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 tbsp raw pistachios
  • 1 tsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme stems removed

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise using a paring knife. Remove the pits and set aside.
  • Fill each date with a small amount of goat cheese.
  • Press walnuts or pistachios into the goat cheese (1–2 pieces per date).
  • Arrange on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
