  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.

  • Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for glazing during cooking.
  • Add the salmon cubes to the remaining marinade and toss until evenly coated.
  • Marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) if required by your model.
  • Arrange the marinated salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the Glazed Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon Bites for 3 minutes.
  • Open the basket and brush the salmon with the reserved glaze.
  • Return the basket and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 125–130°F for tender, perfectly cooked salmon.
  • Serve immediately over rice or alongside your favorite vegetables.

Notes

  • Substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
  • Lime juice can be used instead of lemon juice for a slightly different citrus flavor.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Serve over jasmine rice, brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice.
  • Leftover salmon bites make an excellent addition to salads and wraps.
