Ingredients
  

For the Tortellini

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini

For the Steak

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye

For the Seasoning

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese shredded

For Garnishing

  • Parsley optional
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season steak and sear for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and milk, simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Return steak and tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, then garnish and serve.
  • This Garlic Steak Tortellini comes together quickly while delivering deep, comforting flavor.

Notes

  • Substitute ribeye with sirloin for a leaner option
  • Add chili flakes for heat
  • Serve with garlic bread or salad
  • Can use frozen tortellini if needed
