Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta your choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  • Reduce heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add remaining butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce thickens (3–4 minutes).
  • Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then top with garlic butter chicken bites.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Substitute cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
