Everything Yagels (Greek Yogurt Bagels)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour and Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
  • Divide into 4 equal pieces, roll each into a log, and shape into bagels by pinching the ends together.
  • Place on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Bake Everything Yagels (Greek Yogurt Bagels) for 28–35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute self-rising flour with all-purpose flour + baking powder + salt.
  • Serve with cream cheese, labneh, or avocado for a delicious twist.
