  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice halal-friendly replacement for rum
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries pineapple wedges, and mint leaves for garnish

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  • Wash the raspberries and pineapple thoroughly if using fresh fruit. Allow frozen fruit to thaw slightly for easier blending. Squeeze fresh lime juice for the brightest flavor.
  • Step 2: Blend the Base
  • Add raspberries, pineapple chunks, coconut cream, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
