Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup 240g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 240g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Optional Toppings

  • Powdered sugar
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Prepare an 8-inch springform pan, line with baking paper, and wrap the base with foil.
  • Separate eggs into two bowls (whites and yolks).
  • Mix yolks with yogurt, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Sift in cornstarch and mix well.
  • Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  • Pour batter into the pan and place in a water bath.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until golden and set.
  • Turn off oven, cool inside, then chill for 2 hours.
  • Serve your Easy Cloud Cake with powdered sugar and strawberries.

Notes

  • Swap strawberries with blueberries or mango
  • Add lemon zest for a citrus twist
  • Serve chilled for best texture
