Crispy Oven Baked Potato Bites

Crispy Oven Baked Potato Bites are golden, crunchy, and easy to make.
Boiled first, then baked for perfect texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lbs new potatoes quartered
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and boil for 8 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes well using a colander.
  • In the same pot, melt butter and olive oil together.
  • Return the potatoes to the pot, then add garlic salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange potatoes skin side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the Crispy Oven Baked Potato Bites are golden and crisp.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like garlic yogurt or ketchup.
  • Add paprika or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Works well with baby potatoes or Yukon gold.
