Made with crispy chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, and parmesan crisps.

Ingredients
  

Wraps

  • Lettuce petite romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • Chicken crispy chicken breast tenders, grilled, or roasted chicken breast
  • Crispy parmesan see below
  • Caesar dressing see below
  • Fresh basil or green onions

Crispy Parmesan

  • 2 oz parmesan cheese finely grated

Caesar Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise halal-friendly brand
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 –2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ensure halal version
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Make Crispy Parmesan: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread parmesan in a thin layer. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Let cool and break into pieces.
  • Prepare Dressing: Blend mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth. Add a little water if needed for consistency.
  • Cook Chicken: Prepare crispy chicken according to your preferred method (air fryer, oven, or pan).
  • Assemble Wraps: Place 1–2 lettuce leaves, add dressing, top with chicken, parmesan crisps, extra dressing, and herbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can turn this into a full wrap using tortillas
  • Chop everything for a hearty Caesar salad version
  • Serve with sautéed green beans or tomatoes on the side
