Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded, sliced, or diced
  • 1 ripe avocado diced or sliced
  • ½ cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup sour cream mayonnaise, or your favorite sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Stir gently until everything is evenly mixed while keeping the avocado in small chunks.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  • Spoon a portion of the filling into the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to create a secure wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Flip and cook for another minute or until both sides are crispy and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve the Crispy Chicken Avocado Wraps immediately with salsa, extra sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream to make the wraps lighter.
