Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana frozen and sliced
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk almond or soy
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • Hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen strawberries, banana, non-dairy milk, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for about 1 minute.
  • Scrape down the sides or use a tamper if needed.
