  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons white grape juice or seafood broth
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup white cheddar cheese shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot.
  • Add shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper, then transfer to a plate.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add white grape juice or seafood broth and stir well for another minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese.
  • Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously until thick and creamy.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Garnish Creamy Garlic Shrimp with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
