Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl.
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and seasonings. Cook for 1 minute.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir continuously for 2 minutes.
Slowly pour in chicken broth while stirring.
Gradually add half and half and stir until smooth.
Add bouillon cube if using.
Stir in frozen peas and bring to a gentle simmer.
