Ingredients
  

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley optional
  • Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade, halal-friendly

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  • Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in the dish.
  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells.
  • Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute ricotta with cottage cheese for a lighter version.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
  • Add mushrooms or broccoli for extra texture and flavor.
