In a mixer bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add 2 cups flour and salt. Mix on low for 2 minutes.
Add remaining flour gradually until dough forms a soft ball. Knead for 5 minutes.
Grease bowl, cover, and let dough rise for 2 hours until doubled.
Roll dough into an 18×12 rectangle.
Mix butter, garlic, and salt for filling, then spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheese over dough.
Cut into 12 strips, roll each, and place in greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 28–33 minutes until golden.
Brush with garlic butter topping and serve warm.
