Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas regular or low-carb/high-protein
  • 7 oz cooked chicken chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon light Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz grated cheese cheddar blend works well
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Mix until fully coated.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of cheese on the lower third of the tortilla.
  • Add about ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Top with another tablespoon of cheese and a sprinkle of chopped green onion.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form the wrap.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Place the Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Cover the pan with a lid for part of the cooking time to help the cheese melt evenly.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can swap Greek yogurt with sour cream if preferred.
  • Add extra hot sauce for a spicier flavor.
  • Serve with fries, salad, soup, or roasted vegetables.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
  • These wraps are excellent for meal prep lunches.
