Ingredients
  

  • 1 everything bagel
  • 2 ounces chive and onion cream cheese softened
  • 3 slices turkey bacon cooked until crisp
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice tomato
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ avocado diced

Instructions
 

  • Toast the everything bagel until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  • On a large cutting board, spread the softened cream cheese into a thin layer.
  • Add the crispy turkey bacon, romaine lettuce, and tomato.
  • Sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Chop everything together until the mixture becomes chunky and evenly combined.
  • Fold in the diced avocado and chop another 5 to 7 times until incorporated.
  • Spoon the California BLT Chopped Bagel filling onto the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
  • Top with the remaining bagel half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add sliced cheese for extra richness.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the filling for additional flavor.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, soup, or a green salad.
  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese.
