Ingredients
  

  • 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium skillet, combine the white beans, buffalo sauce, cumin, and garlic powder.
  • Heat over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are fully warmed and coated in the buffalo sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Spoon the Buffalo White Bean Tacos filling evenly into each tortilla.
  • Top with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • You can swap white beans for chickpeas or black beans.
  • Add pickled onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
