Breakfast Tortilla Wrap with Egg and Cheese

A quick Breakfast Tortilla Wrap made with egg, cheese, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • A splash of oil
  • Seasoning of choice salt, pepper, herbs
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves chopped
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tortilla 9 inch or larger

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg with your seasoning.
  • Heat a small pan with a little oil and cook the egg into a small omelette or scramble.
  • Place the tortilla on a flat surface and cut from one edge to the center.
  • Divide the tortilla into four sections and place egg, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cheese in separate quarters.
  • Fold each quarter over the next to form a triangle wrap.
  • Toast the folded wrap in the pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your Breakfast Tortilla Wrap.

Notes

You can add grilled chicken or turkey ham for extra protein. This wrap also works great as a light lunch or snack.
