Roast the Bourbon Peach Roasted Salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your preferred level of doneness.
Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
