  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 33 g

Toppings (optional):

  • Hemp seeds
  • Muesli
  • Additional chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond milk to a high-speed blender.
  • Add the frozen blueberries, avocado, ice, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash of almond milk to reach your preferred consistency.
