Best Fruit Salad Recipe

A refreshing Best Fruit Salad made with berries, grapes, pineapple, and kiwi.
Tossed in a light honey lime dressing for extra flavor.

Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad

  • 1 pound red grapes or green grapes about 3 cups
  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries about 1 cup
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries about 1½ cups
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced

For the Dressing

  • Zest of 1 lime
  • tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all the fruit thoroughly.
  • Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi.
  • Add the grapes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and kiwi to a large serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve the Best Fruit Salad immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

  • Green grapes add a slightly tart flavor while red grapes are sweeter.
  • You can swap blackberries with raspberries if preferred.
  • Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
