Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries with the Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder. Toss gently and set aside.
In two serving glasses or bowls, spread ½ cup of yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of ¼ cup granola.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the granola.
Add ¼ cup of the berry mixture.
Repeat the layers once more in each glass to complete your Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
You can use plain yogurt and adjust sweetness with extra honey.
Layer in mason jars for a portable breakfast option.
Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
