Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait is a quick no-cook recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt divided
  • 1 cup granola divided
  • 4 tablespoons honey divided
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder French Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries with the Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder. Toss gently and set aside.
  • In two serving glasses or bowls, spread ½ cup of yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of ¼ cup granola.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the granola.
  • Add ¼ cup of the berry mixture.
  • Repeat the layers once more in each glass to complete your Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use plain yogurt and adjust sweetness with extra honey.
  • Layer in mason jars for a portable breakfast option.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
