Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss cherries with 2 tbsp olive oil, cherry juice, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil, and toast for 7 minutes.
Spread cherries on a lined baking sheet and roast for 5–7 minutes until soft and bubbling.
Remove from oven. Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
Top with roasted cherries and thyme garnish.
Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
Season lightly and serve immediately.
