Ingredients
  

  • 1½ pounds 750 g tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  • Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  • Arrange the fillets in a single layer inside a lightly greased baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the fish.
  • Sprinkle with garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Top each fillet evenly with shredded Parmesan cheese.
