Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 5-oz cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp celery finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp jalapeños optional, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and sea salt until creamy.
  • Add the tuna, cilantro, celery, red onion, and jalapeños.
  • Gently mix everything together, breaking apart large tuna chunks.
  • Taste and adjust salt or spice as needed.
