Apricot Stilton Bites are a quick no-cook appetizer.
Made with dried apricots, blue cheese, pistachios, and agave.
Ready in just 10 minutes and perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue Stilton cheese 1 oz.
  • 12 dried apricot halves
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the dried apricot halves on a serving plate.
  • Add about 1 teaspoon of Stilton cheese onto each apricot.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of chopped pistachios over each piece.
  • Drizzle evenly with agave syrup.
  • Finish by sprinkling fresh thyme over the top.
  • These Apricot Stilton Bites are now ready to serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can replace pistachios with walnuts or almonds
  • Add a small basil leaf for extra freshness
