Almond Flour Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter or vegan butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
  • Add softened butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Shape into 6 large or 12 small balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Press each ball gently into a cookie shape.
  • Bake the almond flour cookies for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

  • Swap maple syrup with honey if preferred
  • Vegan butter works perfectly for a dairy-free version
  • Serve with tea, coffee, or milk
