Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
Add softened butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
Shape into 6 large or 12 small balls and place on the baking sheet.
Press each ball gently into a cookie shape.
Bake the almond flour cookies for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
