Pat the zucchini slices dry using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.
Transfer the zucchini to a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil and garlic powder.
Toss until all slices are evenly coated.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket or trays. Avoid overlapping.
Cook the Air Fryer Zucchini Chips at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
Check around the 10-minute mark and remove any chips that have become crispy and lightly golden.
Continue cooking the remaining slices until all chips are crisp and golden around the edges.
Transfer to a wire rack and cool for a few minutes before serving.
