Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz top sirloin filet cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder for butter
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Toss the steak pieces with olive oil to coat evenly.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat the steak thoroughly with the seasoning blend.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Add steak bites to the basket in a single layer and cook for 4–6 minutes, depending on desired doneness. This method ensures perfectly cooked Air Fryer Steak Bites every time.
  • While cooking, melt butter and stir in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  • Toss cooked steak bites in the garlic butter and serve immediately.
