Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, honey, sea salt, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until every shrimp is evenly coated.
Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper if desired and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
Cook the Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos filling for 7–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
While the shrimp cook, warm the tortillas over a gas flame or in a dry skillet until soft and lightly charred.
Spread guacamole onto each tortilla.
Add the cooked shrimp.
Top with mango avocado salsa and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
