Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos are a quick and healthy dinner made with perfectly seasoned shrimp in under 20 minutes. Top with guacamole and mango avocado salsa for a fresh, flavorful meal.

Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

For Serving

  • Grain-free tortillas
  • Mango avocado salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, honey, sea salt, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until every shrimp is evenly coated.
  • Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper if desired and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos filling for 7–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • While the shrimp cook, warm the tortillas over a gas flame or in a dry skillet until soft and lightly charred.
  • Spread guacamole onto each tortilla.
  • Add the cooked shrimp.
  • Top with mango avocado salsa and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swap honey with maple syrup if desired.
  • Add shredded cabbage for extra crunch.
  • Top with sliced jalapeños for more heat.
  • A drizzle of chipotle sauce makes these tacos even more flavorful.
  • Leftover shrimp can be used in salads or rice bowls.
