Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Soy Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz 340g salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Small cube fresh ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Spicy mayo or sriracha aioli optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove the skin and bones from the salmon, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Grate in garlic and ginger.
  • Add salmon and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with oil.
  • Arrange salmon in a single layer without touching.
  • Air fry for 5–8 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with leftover marinade.
  • Serve the Air Fryer Salmon Bites with sesame seeds, green onions, and sauce if desired.

  • Serve over jasmine rice, quinoa, or noodles
