Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them completely dry.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters, and finally slice each quarter in half to make 16 wedges.
Pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps create crispier wedges.
Place the wedges into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle paprika, parsley flakes, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
Toss until every wedge is evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
Arrange half of the wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook the Air Fryer Potato Wedges for 10 minutes.
Flip each wedge using tongs.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the cooked wedges to a serving plate.
Repeat with the remaining batch.
Serve immediately while hot with ketchup, garlic aioli, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.
