Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them completely dry.
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters, and finally slice each quarter in half to make 16 wedges.
  • Pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps create crispier wedges.
  • Place the wedges into a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle paprika, parsley flakes, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  • Toss until every wedge is evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
  • Arrange half of the wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Potato Wedges for 10 minutes.
  • Flip each wedge using tongs.
  • Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the cooked wedges to a serving plate.
  • Repeat with the remaining batch.
  • Serve immediately while hot with ketchup, garlic aioli, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Russet potatoes create the crispiest texture, but Yukon Gold potatoes also work well.
  • Fresh parsley can be sprinkled on top just before serving for extra color and freshness.
  • Serve alongside grilled chicken, burgers, steak, sandwiches, wraps, or salads.
  • These wedges also make a delicious snack with your favorite dipping sauces.
