Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Slice chicken breasts in half to create four thin pieces.
Pound each piece to an even thickness using a meat tenderizer.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic.
Spread the garlic mayo evenly over each chicken piece.
In another bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken piece thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Place chicken in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
