Ingredients
  

  • 25 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper optional
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, and ground black pepper.
  • In a second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  • Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture.
  • Coat thoroughly in the almond flour mixture, gently pressing so the coating sticks well.
  • Place the coated shrimp on a wire rack while preparing the remaining shrimp.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Keto Fried Shrimp for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Remove once the coating is golden brown and the shrimp are fully cooked.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite keto dipping sauce and fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Lemon pepper adds extra brightness but is optional.
