Ingredients
  

  • 600 g 1.3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced spring onion for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, and olive oil. Stir well until fully blended.
  • Add the chicken thigh fillets to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated in the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For the best flavor, marinate overnight.
  • Preheat your air fryer if required by the manufacturer.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs at 200°C (400°F) for 13–15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
  • Check that the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and brush with any remaining juices from the basket for extra flavor.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions before serving.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
