Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or cornstarch
  • Oil spray as needed
  • 2 –3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle flour or cornstarch evenly over the chicken and mix until fully coated. Add a little more if needed.
  • Spray the chicken with oil until no dry spots remain.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket and arrange chicken in a single layer.
  • Cook Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites at 360°F for 10 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Flip again and cook an additional 3–5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Add parmesan and parsley, then air fry for 1 more minute to melt slightly.
  • Serve warm with extra salt and pepper if desired.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like garlic yogurt, ranch, or honey mustard
  • Great in wraps, salads, or rice bowls
  • Can substitute chicken thighs for extra juiciness
