Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
  • Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast until fully coated.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Chicken Breast at 190°C (375°F) for 7 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Substitute Italian seasoning for poultry seasoning if desired.
  • Fresh lemon zest adds extra brightness.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, salad, or steamed broccoli.
  • Leftovers are excellent in wraps, sandwiches, salads, or pasta dishes.
