In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth and fully combined.
Reserve ¾ cup of the sauce in a separate bowl and set aside.
Place flour in a large resealable bag.
Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag, and shake until evenly coated.
Transfer the floured chicken to the sauce mixture and stir until all pieces are coated.
Add panko breadcrumbs to another resealable bag.
Working in batches, place the coated chicken into the breadcrumb bag and shake until fully coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken pieces and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining chicken if needed.
Place the cooked Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken into a clean bowl.
Pour the reserved sauce over the chicken and gently toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
