Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins cut into bite-sized pieces
  • cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth and fully combined.
  • Reserve ¾ cup of the sauce in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Place flour in a large resealable bag.
  • Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag, and shake until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the floured chicken to the sauce mixture and stir until all pieces are coated.
  • Add panko breadcrumbs to another resealable bag.
  • Working in batches, place the coated chicken into the breadcrumb bag and shake until fully coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken pieces and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Repeat with the remaining chicken if needed.
  • Place the cooked Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken into a clean bowl.
  • Pour the reserved sauce over the chicken and gently toss to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
